Furthermore, as the credit sale option is only available to the CONSUMER who is a customer of the bank, the CONSUMER agrees to verify the relevant interest rates and late payment interest with the bank and acknowledges that the provisions regarding interest and late payment interest will be applied under the Instant/Distance Shopping Credit Agreement between the Bank and the CONSUMER. The bank has the discretion to grant credit and create a detailed payment plan.

3.4 - Return Procedure:
In cases where the CONSUMER exercises their right to withdraw or if the product cannot be supplied for various reasons or if an arbitration decision mandates a refund to the CONSUMER, the return procedure regarding payment options is outlined below:

If the purchase was made with a credit card and in installments, the CONSUMER will receive the refund in installments corresponding to the number of installments paid. The SELLER, after paying the full price of the product to the bank, will ensure that the refund process proceeds through the bank, without causing harm to the parties involved.

b) Return Procedure for Bank Transfer/EFT Payments:
The return will be made through a bank transfer to an account specified by the CONSUMER, provided that the account is in the name of the person at the billing address or the registered user.
