Cancellation & Refund Policy

The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Agreement signed with the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days without any justification and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is established for service contracts; for goods delivery contracts, it starts on the day the CONSUMER or a third party designated by the CONSUMER receives the goods. However, the CONSUMER can exercise the right to withdraw during the period between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods.

In determining the withdrawal period:

  • For a single order consisting of goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day the last item is received by the CONSUMER or a third party designated by the CONSUMER.

  • For goods consisting of multiple parts, the withdrawal period starts from the day the last part is received by the CONSUMER or a third party designated by the CONSUMER.

  • For contracts where regular delivery of goods is made for a certain period, the withdrawal period starts from the day the CONSUMER or a third party designated by the CONSUMER receives the first item.

You can submit your withdrawal notice through the easy return option on your personal membership page at .kleiosstudio.com before the withdrawal period expires. The carrier responsible for delivering the ordered product to you is the cargo company, and the details about the return process are explained in the easy return option on your personal membership page at .kleiosstudio.com.

The CONSUMER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

  1. Contracts for goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial markets and are outside the control of the SELLER or provider.

  2. Contracts for goods made according to the CONSUMER's requests or personal needs.

  3. Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass.

  4. Contracts for goods that, after delivery, have had protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package opened and are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.

  5. Contracts for goods that, after delivery, have been mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature.

  6. Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables in physical format where protective elements like packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.

  11. In case the CONSUMER chooses the "Shopping Credit" payment option, the CONSUMER accepts, declares, and undertakes that the right of withdrawal from the Shopping Credit Agreement will apply as per the terms between the Bank and the CONSUMER. The CONSUMER’s withdrawal from this Distance Sales Agreement with the SELLER will not automatically TERMINATE the Shopping Credit Agreement between the Bank and the CONSUMER. For the CONSUMER to withdraw from the Shopping Credit Agreement, they must direct the withdrawal request to the Bank within the periods specified in the Shopping Credit Agreement, following the procedure outlined in the Shopping Credit Agreement. In this regard, if the CONSUMER fails to notify the Bank or makes the notification late, or if any issues related to the credit relationship between the Bank and the CONSUMER arise, the SELLER will not be responsible.
